Everything you need to book, prepare for and attend a Dermalogica workshop, including our no-show policy, effective November 2, 2026.

Sign in at learning.dermalogica.ca and click Book Now. Use the Location filter to choose Livestream or Classroom, then pick a date from the calendar.
Click the workshop name, then Book Now in the window that opens. Complete the checkout from your cart. Your booking is not final until you do.
Return to the home page and look under My Workshops. If the workshop is listed, you are booked. If it is not, the booking was not completed.
Sign in at learning.dermalogica.ca, open My Workshops on the home page, select the workshop’s Details, click Unenroll (in red) and confirm.
Please cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop so someone on the waitlist can take your seat.

Workshop seats are limited. This policy keeps seats available for everyone.
This policy applies to all workshops, including On-Tour days. It does not apply to paid courses, custom trainings or partnership school trainings.
In person at our Learning Centres and On-Tour cities, by livestream on Zoom, or on demand in Skinstudy.
Workshops are free for anyone actively working at a Dermalogica partner salon or spa, and for graduates of a partnership school for six months after graduation. PRO Dermaplaning Certification is currently our only paid certification at $500, with a discount available to accounts.
All livestream workshops are listed in Eastern Time. The Add to calendar link in your confirmation email converts the time to your local time zone. Not sure when a class starts where you are? Use our Livestream Time Zone Helper.
A model, a working camera and microphone, and product. Each workshop’s requirements are in the Skinstudy Library, under Workshop Materials.
Professional skin therapist attire: short sleeves, a full-length top (no crop tops), closed-toe shoes, hair back and nails short. Some classes, such as microneedling, have extra requirements listed in the workshop description.
Many are. You perform a treatment and receive one. If you are unable to receive a treatment on your face, you may receive one on your chest, arms or back. If you cannot receive a treatment at all, please arrange to bring a model and tell us as early as possible so we can provide what time they need to arrive by.
Yes. Choose “livestreaming en francais” under Location when you book to see French-language livestream workshops.
Seats are first come, first served and cannot be held. If a workshop is full, join the waitlist. When a seat opens, we email you. Reply as soon as possible to confirm. If we do not hear back, the seat goes to the next person.
A minimum of 85% attendance and participation is required to complete a workshop. Join on time and stay for the full session.

Sign in at education.dermalogica.ca with your skin centre account and click Book Now. Under Team/Employees, choose the team member, filter by format, pick a date, then click Book Now. Your team member sees the booking under My Workshops in Skinstudy. In future you will be able to see all team members on Skinstudy to manage their education.
