M\u00eame une douche ou un bain rapide peut favoriser un sommeil sain, soulager les tensions et m\u00eame stimuler la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>cr\u00e9er l&rsquo;ambiance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Commencez chaque bain ou douche par une salle de bain propre et un environnement calme : choisissez un \u00e9clairage doux, une bougie parfum\u00e9e ou une playlist relaxante.
